This Week’s Hangout Notes and Resources

‬ZIpscene logoA congratulations is due to Brandon, who has recently acquired the title of Vice President of Sales for Zipscene.

Zipscene is a technology company that features a digital marketing platform developed exclusively for restaurants. Brandon has taken on a spot on their team due to his belief in the future of data-driven marketing and his belief that this where restaurants are headed. Zipscene has evolved from mobile apps and loyalty programs to a full featured data management platform. Congrats Brandon on the exciting new job!

The latest restaurant to be hit with a security breach is P.F Changs, and has been ongoing for more than nine months. The restaurant has had a solid response in setting up a special website for questions and concerns on the matter.

Reservation tickets? Yes, there’s more on the latest in restaurant reservations. You can now pay for your reservation and may see this trend in your city in the near future.

Restaurants like this one in Philadelphia have taken on the reservation ticket trend. Restaurant owners see this as an anchor of sorts to avoid changing your plans, which can be costly for a restaurant.
